I need to make a website with a iphone application.
But, I did not do this already.
I need to find someone who can explane to my how it works.

The application must do this:

And bv. 12 h before the event begins push message can send to remember.

This app should come on the appstore."
Please can anyone show me the way how to do this and witch extention I need?

look for jQuery mobile - this is a nice tool to create web/mobile applications. There is a jQuery mobile extension as well which helps to integrate application into the Joomla website.
If you want your App to go to the public mobile store, that is completely different issue and scenario. In this case you would need to use some tool to create native App. There is number of nice tools to do that: PhoneGap, Sencha Touch - but those generate Apps which are WEBKIT based (rely on a browser). If you want fully native App then you need more advanced tool.
