I have installed Mobile Joomla! in my J! 2.5.6 site and read the documentation. I have visited the site on my Samsung Galaxy S2, as well as used a smartphone emulator in Chrome - but the mobile version does not come up.

What am I missing here?  How do you get it working?

"smartphone emulator in Chrome" is not real simulator (it changes page size and some javascript variables only), and your site gets desktop headers. As to Samsung Galaxy S2, you can test that it is detected correctly on mobilejoomla.com/uatest.php
