The phone doesn't use any style at all. Here is screenshot I've taken from Openware V7 Simulator, but it is looks simular on real device (Siemens C75):

MobileJoomla.com looks more or less correctly:

Found the cause: 
media="screen"
. Still, it looks very ugly.

I think, you should make separate design for PDAsSmartphonesOpera Mini and just WAP2 phones.
