Looks like you have a proxy server between your website and mobilejoomla.com that incorrectly processes loaded gzip-compressed content.
The simple solution to bypass it is to manually download mobilejoomla.com/tera_wurfl.sql.gz and unpack it into joomla's root (where configuration.php is placed).

I haven't any proxy server between my site and other servers (I utilise hosting of my hosting provider).

Ok. After unpacking in root of site I must reinstall MJ? Or ther isn't nessecity of new installation of MJ?

What PHP version do you use?
By default PHP5.3 is compiled with MySQLi support (old MySQL library is deprecated) in both linux and windows, in previous versions (5.0-5.2) it depends on used compilation options.
And note that on windows-based servers it is disabled until you add the following setting in php.ini:
extension=php_mysqli.dll
