WURFC tab not found in Joomla Administrator

I install mobile Joomla ver 0.9.6, everything seem run well.
But in wiki, in link Configuring, I saw WURFC tab
mobilejoomla.com/images/stories/kunerimobilejoomlasettings.png
and WURFC param
mobilejoomla.com/images/stories/mobilejoomlasettings.png
But I not found it in my site. So, did I install wrong ?

The WURFL tab was in alpha-releases of MJ, but in MJ 0.9.0 that tab was removed as WURFL library was replaced by TeraWURFL.

So, actually problem is that our Wiki is very-very outdated. but we work on new documentation for MJ, and I hope it will be finished soon.
