Hello guys,

i installed the new version of mobilejoomla (9.12) and on firefox (desktop) im receiving that problem:
Content Encoding Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression. * Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.


any ideas ?

problem solved

i installed version 0.9.9 and then update it to 0.9.12

Most likely it means that the issue was brought about by incorrect value of one of MJ settings.

unfotunately i still have the problem... some people who is using firefox, has the "encoding info"

Have you tried turning off gzip compression?
Components > MJ > Settings
then on the tabs for the 4 types of browser
gzip compression * no

that was to *no by default

Now i set GZIP Page Compression to NO on the Global Setting of the Web... that would help? And what about website performance?

I was trying to think of what could be encoding data on the website. Can you give the url of the site? Website performance can be sorted out when the problem is solved. It may be that certain content is causing the problem

I installed 0.9.11 now and i replace only TeraWUFL.php and now its working with IE9, i hope that nobody will have the Content Encoding Error

I want to know wich file i have to change for the resolution, because is not recognise now the screen res. of mobile, and the header is going to wide
