I installed mobile joomla but i cannot change CSS, i tried and tried and nothing (

See my screenshot, i want to change the background (all the grey) and change the background toolbar, color of texts...

I went there : templates/mobile_iphone/css/mj_iphone.css and there : templates/mobile_iphone/jqtouch-src/themes/apple/theme.min.css but nothing.

Where am i suppose to go?

If you place your css in the custom.css of each of those folders it will override the device specific style sheets. Just use the inspect element to find the element and style you want to override and place it in the custom.css file.
