Elegence Template Not Displaying Properly 10 years, 2 months ago #16905

I have set up the latest version of Mobile Joomla on the elegance template. I purchased the template more than a year ago. I cannot get the elegance template to display the page correctly. Please see the image for the variation from the sample provided by Virtuemart. Is this because of a configuration problem or because there is a newer version of the Elegance template I need to purchase? Please advise.

Sorry could not add image. But the Mobile virtuemart module does not display correctly.

I removed the offending document and it made no difference at all so this is not the problem. Still not resolved. Also, only one of the pages had this, not all of them. The problem exists on all of the pages.

Do you use Daycount's Virtuemart Mobile component and module?

Looks like Virtuemart Mobile was developed at the time of Elegance 1.2.x version (based on jQueryMobile 1.2). Current version 1.3.x is based on jQueryMobile 1.3, and Virtuemart Mobile is not updated for jQueryMobile 1.3 compatibility yet. I would recommend to ask Daycounts to check it. We are not affiliated with Daycounts and have no Virtuemart Mobile sources for debug.

If you like, I could send you latest release of Elegance 1.2, but note that Elegance 1.2 is outdated and we don't release new updates to it.
