hi,

I bought the template but do not know how they work .. I activated the Mobile version free joomla.

how do you create the menu, I only see the homepage of the site but the menus are not there, how come?

can someone help me?

You have to create a menu using the Mobile Menu module. Assign it to 
mj_all_header position, and use your regular menu, like MAIN MENU
as a starter.

The menu creation is done with the MobileJoomla component, not the
template
