Just a note: after first install mobile templates are assigned to nonexisting menu item with id=-1 to correctly display positions of this templates in corresponding comboboxes (otherwise joomla doesn't show empty positions in the list).

Could you, please, explain me what do you mean?

And, how can I select in the Modules -> parameters more than 1 menu name,
for example : top menu + main menu

I am not sure what you would like explained.

In answer to your second question:
If you need more than one menu name, then you must copy the module and select one menu for each module.
