I installed the extension but don`t know how they work.

Is there a workaround what to to with the templates/modules ?

Which links should a assign to the different templates in my Domains Hosting Panel ?

I tested my site with this iphone emulator but the only the original site is visible - no mobileJoomla..

iphonetester.com is not an emulator. It uses your browser to load and render the site, so MJ determines capabilities of your PC and not iPhone. But you can use iphonetester.com in Firefox with UserAgentSwitcher plugin.
