I have downloaded the free version. Although I will have to make some (many) changes, but I can see that it works.

My worry is about my main extension named 'Easydiscuss'. 

Easydiscuss is a forum extension, and my site is a forum itself. So Easydiscuss is the central to my site. (asklaw.in). Easydiscuss has many themes. I want the theme to change to my desired theme when the site is viewed on mobile.

Although the Mobile Joomla changes the site template on mobile, how can I use mobile Joomal to change the Easydiscuss theme as well?

Please help.
