They are in parameters of Select Markup module (mod_markupchooser).

You can try to translate administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_mobilejoomla.ini language file in a standard way, but note that 1) there is a lot of lines to translate; 2) this file will be significantly changed in next release because of Joomla!1.6 support.

If I may make a suggestions, and as general information, MJ works great with joomfish! on one of my testsites i have the site in 5! different languages that you can choose from directly on the mobile sites, and that work independently from the main website! I was really impressed!
If you need help on this topic ( MJ + Joomfish) you can contact me here, if admin dont mind i'll keep it a topic here.
ps help can be given in DE, FR, IT and EN

for the fr-FR, I can spend some times...
But if the actual ini file (for J 1.5) will be modified soon, does I have to wait the next release ?

Wait for next release or use language files from http://github.com/mobilejoomla/mobilejoomla

Most likely you mean how to display JF's language switch module in mobile template? Then you should publish a copy of the module in one of positions of mobile template.
