My site www.sailpilot.com is in French, with an English version created with Joomfish.
With the desktop version visitors simply click on a little flag in the top right corner to choose the language.

Is there a way to make it possible to choose the language with Mobile Joomla?

Yes, you can male a copy of Joomfish lang switcher module and display it in one of mobile template positions.
