i dont know why it wont just work, proly i have not set  some parameters right, my fone wont just load it

okay  am getting a hang of it, i have created the subdomains but I believe that the Document Root variable in the subdomains should be set to public_html/www.mysite.com or should it be /public_html/pda ?

It should be the same value as you use for your main domain (most likely just 'public_html/').
