How much does Mobile Joomla! Club cost and what's included?

Mobile Joomla! Club's normal price is $219/year. Within the one year period, it includes access to premium support forums, documentation and all updates or club products.

Do you have Developer licenses / Can I install Mobile Joomla! Club on multiple domains/sites?

We don't offer unlimited-domain Developer licenses at the moment. As per our Licensing terms, each Mobile Joomla! Club license is valid for one domain/site. Since we provide support service for each customer, we can't offer a plan for unlimited domains for now. However, if you need licenses for multiple sites, please contact us for bulk discounts via hello at mobilejoomla.com.

What does premium support mean?

We have an exclusive premium support forum, where Mobile Joomla! premium product users can get help for their problems. We are monitoring this forum daily and do our best to solve any problem you may have.

Is premium support provided 24/7?

We are dedicated to provide you the best customer support experience. However, our official working hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00 EET (UTC+2). Out of the working hours, our response times may be slightly longer.

What happens when my subscription expires after 1 year?

You can keep using Mobile Joomla! products on your site, however, you will not have access to remote device database, updates, premium support or documentation, unless you renew your subscription.

What are the licensing terms?

Each product coming with Mobile Joomla! Club subscription has their licensing information. Please see Mobile Joomla! Licensing FAQ.

What happens if I don't renew my subscription?

When your subscription expires, you can still keep using the Mobile Joomla! templates and extensions you have downloaded during your subscription period for your registered domain without any extra fee. However, you will lose access to downloads, updates, and premium support upon the expiry of your subscription. Also, you will lose access to the Mobile Joomla! Pro online device database, so you will need to start doing the device database updates manually.
