Hello;

any tried Mobile Joomla with J1.7? doesn't work or we have to wait a 1.7 release?

It works, but there is an issue with possible corruption of users session so that it's impossible to be logged at frontend (the workaround is to unpublish Mobile-TeraWURFL plugin). The issue will be solved in MJ 1.0RC2 (soon).
