Thats a bit rude, they have to make sure these things work correctly and if they give it out to too many users people will complain that it doesn't work properly if there are loads of bugs etc. Plus letting a limited amount of users test it ensures they can keep track of the bugs etc. ALOT of developers do this.

I am not sure if I already sent a request or not...it filled out some form and request but I do not see the request anywhere so here go again
