Premium templates: November 2018 Update

We have just released updates for all our premium templates:
- Mobile Elegance 2.0.21
- Mobile Flat 2.0.18
- Mobile Square 1.0.12
- Mobile iOS9 1.0.13
Changelog in new releases:
- fixed AJAX loading animation
- fixed RTL styles (for all templates except of Elegance that is not RTL-compatible currently)
- fixed jQuery UI loading widget conflict with jQueryMobile
- updated FastClick to the latest snapshot
- added support iOS 12 in Add-to-Home script
- improved WebApp icons (added iPad Pro and Android) and startup images (experimentally added iPhone X/XS Max/XR and iPad Pro 10.5/12.9) support
- fixed menu module layout [Joomla!3.x]
- fixed support of Page Break and Page Navigation plugins [Joomla!3.x]
- several bugfixes in content's category and categories layouts [Joomla!3.x]
- fixed few issues with ThemeRoller for Mobile Elegance template and improved CSS minification in generated themes
- other minor improvements
As normal, please take a backup before upgrading to the new versions.
