tried to post this in another section but this seems more sufficient for my issue.
I have a joomla 2.5.3 newly created site (template is an Artisteer template that I've made and modified a bit on the way to fit my needs).
MJ version is 1.0.1 (the latest)
My problem is that I can't remove the content from the startpage no matter how i disable it in the admin panel for both iphone and smartphone, it shows on both versions.
The URL to my site is:
tyrabergman.se

Please with sugar on top, I need help solving this. MJ works perfect on all my J1.5.25 sites but this is my first 2.5.x site.

Hi LAMF, did you try turning "Display Component" off from the backend?

Hi COOL, absolutely I have been laborating with it many ways but that was one of the first things I tried out as it works on all my Joomla 1.5 sites.
But on this 2.5.3 site it wont go away as you can see if you go to the URL.
If you or someone else in the staff would like to have a look at the settings I have done in the backend I can give you the admin login.
I have tried to upload some screenshots of my settings but it seems like attachments is not allowed for me... Tried both chrome and Firefox browsers.

Attachments should be enabled for all, that's interesting. So you do not wish to see anything else but the menu, right? Would you give us the URL of 1.5.x site?

Sure the other sites are:
gagneffiske.se
and
lmiab.se

What do you mean by attachments should be enabled for all?

I have tried not to set any starting url and different things. Tried to clone the settings from the working 1.5 sites but still it displays the annoying content under the menu on the start. Weird...

Ok I see your point. Did the situation chance after you updated to 1.0.2?

I'll see why some people can not attach on forums, any registered user should be able to.

I have updated to MJ 1.0.2 but the problem remains.
I can give you the admin login if you want to check out my settings, otherwise I will upload screenshots from my settings on an external site.

LAMP,
I've checked your site. It looks like MJ doesn't detect homepage correctly. Could you send me ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) ftp credentials to add displaying some debug info (it will be displayed to my IP only, so there will be no disclosure)?
