(SOLVED) Menu only appears on home page

I am still a noob with this extension but it is beautiful!!! However, I can not figure out how to keep the menu navigation on all pages of my Mobile Menu. Menu does not appear on any of the other pages.

SOLVED:

I needed to set the module parameters of mj_pda_header2 to Layout=Horizontal and Type=Current level with submenus.
