[Resolved] 404 error with iphone subdomain

First-time installation. Followed the steps in the video tutorial (created subdomain at host, configured MobileJoomla and iPhone settings, created a Mobile Menu and assigned the menu to iphone template and added conditions to htaccess.txt. Here is error message at iphonetester.com. Any help for this noob would be appreciated.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I would try it without creating the iphone subdomain.
It has been set up without a subdomain for pda/xhtml and works

it also works for
www.granvilleareachamberofcommerce.com/?device=chtml

I would take the iphone link off of the select markup module too.

I see that

is also giving a sensible result now.
