Possible solution if your theme is not working

I purchased the flat theme and the mj 2.1.11 today and was super frustrated when after uploading (joomla 3.6.2) it all I got was a blank screen... after searching all the documentation and going through this forum I found no solution I simply disabled the mobilejoomla plugin (the main one) and re-enabled it and pow.. everything worked... give it a try if you're having problems...

You mentioned on the other forum thread that you were using MJ 1.x version and it was working? Have you tried to fully uninstalled the 1.x version and install the new version? Maybe it was not working because you are using the MJ 2.x with the 1.x template and that is not compatible.
