make Header disappear on all other pages then homepage

I have an header made in the smartphone template, with 4 icons, used as menu's on the mobile home page.
I just want to see them in the home, on other pages I want to disappear that header and show just the content of the clicked pages.

How can I made this happen?

Go into Mobile Menun in Modules, under menu assignment you can change the select what pages you want it to appear on.
