How to get latest version 2.0.4-- I have 1.2.13

I have active subscription, has 266 days left on Mobile Basic.

All current install docs are not for my version. 

Can I get latest version for free? If not where are links to help docs for my version 1.2.13 for the following items:

Mobile Joomla! Features
Installation
Settings and configuration
Asking for help and reporting problems
How to update Mobile Joomla!
Mobile menus
Using subdomains (mobile.yourdomain.com)
Disabling Mobile Joomla!
