Mobile Joomla with Kunena Mobile (elegance template) "Error"

Hi @all,

some time ago i bought the mobile joomla components (kunena mobile and also elegance template) to make my Kunena Forum attractive for Smartphones.

Now, it ist not working anymore and i cannot figure out the Problem.

It works on every site but if i configure the index of Kunena as the start, i cannot load the page or get an fatal error.

Would be glad to get some help!

After automatic Update to mobile joomla 2.0 i am no longer able to open a mobile site, i got an error... could really need some help

Looks like you installed MJ 1.2.12 over MJ 2.0.0.

I'd recommend you to uninstall MJ, check that #_mj_plugins and #_mj_modules tables are dropped (e.g. using phpMyAdmin), and then install MJ again.

Status: Installed mobile_joomla again after deleting all tables in php..
Installed Elegance Template -> works finde.
Set Startpake to Index from Kunena.. ok

Installed Kunena Mobile 2.0 -> Error loading page.

Do you have an idea what is wrong?

Is there related error messages in error_log file?
Does it work with AJAX disabled in Elegance's settings?

Hi,

no, disabling AJAX does not takle effect. I enabled debugging and the screen showas the problem.

You use outdated version of Kunena Mobile plugin (1.0.13_20), the latest one is 1.0.14_20 and Fatal Error issue was fixed there.

Hi, okay, that can be the problem. But the Update is not shown in Joomla.
When i log into my account i cannot see my orders or updates.
I sent a Mail to to mobilejoomla with the bills i got by buing all the packages.

Where do i get the Update?

i checked my bills (PayPal), there the seller was named "Kuneri LTD" and on the homepage by klicking the mobiel joomla link i was send to this page.
The Mail is hello​@​kuneri.com

I bought the softwarepackages on 13th of April 2015.
I sent Mail yesterday.
