Blank mobile version after upgrade

I had Mobile Joomla Free version installed and working fine on Joomla 2.5. We decided to buy mobile flat to prevent ads.

• I installed the Mobile Joomla software for J2.5
• I chose mobile_flat templates for Smartphone, iphone, etc
• Set Mobile Menu title to Navigation
•  I checked that the Mobile Flat template is installed, and tried playing with one of the parameters but no change 

When I first went to mobile version of the site... it showed the option to add it as an app to the home page of my smart phone. I thought I clicked it but nothing happened. 
Now all is see is a blank page when I visit our domain, on the mobile side. Laptop / Desktop still show as normal -- thank God or else I'd uninstall this ASAP.

Wondering if I made a bad choice ...
Not sure what to do?  ... please help.

My home page is still the same: index.php?option=com_content&view=featured&Itemid=102

Current version -- Community 1.2.13
Latest version -- 1.2.13
Device Database Size -- Mobile - AMDD April 2015   [3.31 Mb]

UPDATE ...

Went back to mobile_smartphone template and the old template shows without the ads -- that works.

Also, tried using my default template for desktop version -- that works.

mobile_flat is not being displayed properly ... huh?

Can you send us the url of your Joomla website? The Mobile Joomla component, is it still installed?

Really?!! Have your read what I have written?
You've answer someone else's question.
The issue is NOT ads. Ads are NOT showing.
But mobile_flat template shows up as blank when selected.

I am starting a dispute with the my credit card company,
unless you read my questions and respond to them.

It looks like the Mobile Joomla component is not enabled. Can you enable Mobile Joomla and send us a screenshot using your mobile device? If possible, can you send us a login to support​@​mobilejoomla.com so that we can investigate on our end .
