Blank Mobile template - Upgraded and Still Blank

Hi, I hope you can help - we were running a free version of mobile joomla. We noticed everything was blank. The manu would load then disapear. We Upgraded to Basic And the problem persists - please can you help?

Hmm, Smartphone version is displayed correctly, and iPhone version uses your desktop template. Does the problem still persist?
