Will pay for professional help with site development

Budget is 1000 to 2000 USD but want to pay by the hour for someone who knows MobileJoomla very well. Ideally one of its developers. Delighted to pay a retainer up front if requested, but do want fast, professional results. The documentation here is scant and I have little time to wade through this.
