CSS and Siemens series

The phone doesn't use any style at all. Here is screenshot I've taken from Openware V7 Simulator, but it is looks simular on real device (Siemens C75):

I think, you should make separate design for PDAsSmartphonesOpera Mini and just WAP2 phones.
