This is for 1.6 correct? I get this error when I try to launch the plugin???

Hmm. There is no beez_Z template in releases of 1.5 and 1.6, so it's question to you: what is this template, and how it may be that it doesn't contain templateDetails.xml inside?

We are a non profit who can not have our mobile site have any ads on it especially ones that aren't ours

Try to put original templateDetails.xml to that folder (seems current file is corrupted).
