mod_markupchooser generating bad links

My markup chooser mod is adding my directory name to the end of every link.

Example:

Here is my testing site

www.stewartmedia.net/mymnpro5/

When I switch modes from decktop to iphone for example.

It generates this URL:

www.stewartmedia.net/mymnpro5/mymnpro5/

see how it adds the subdir at the end??

any ideas??

Thanks for report. Will be fixed in MJ 0.9.6 (soon).

I came across this problem on my site when I was changing between mobile Version and Standard Version. It would not load the Standard Version. I found the following workaround.
In the Global Configuration for the Joomla site I changed the search Engine Friendly from Yes to No.
The other settings are:
SEO Settings
Search Engine Friendly URLs No
Use Apache mod_rewrite Yes
Add suffix to URLs No
