Unable to see iPhone version - Index of cgi-bin

I just installed and tried to setup this extension but I'm having a problem.  I went through the video tutorial on OSTraining.com but when I go to iphonetester.com and put in the URL: iphone.lamplighttheatre.com I only get a directory message of Index of cgi-bin.  I use HostGator and set up the subdomain iphone.
Any ideas on what I've missed?  Thanks so much!

Most likely you set up iphone subdomain as an independent domain instead of alias of main domain.

Here's how it's set up.

Subdomains.Root Domain               Document Root                           Redirection
iphone.lamplighttheatre.com   /public_html/lamplighttheatre.com   not redirected

Hmm. What is doc.root of main domain? Is it /public_html/lamplighttheatre.com too? If yes, try to restart webserver.

Yes. /public_html/lamplighttheatre.com is doc.root of the main domain. I am on a shared hosting account and I don't see anywhere in my control panel where I can restart the webserver. Any ideas?

Oops! public_html is the root NOT public_html/lamplighttheatre.com!

Looks good now. Sorry for my ignorance! Thanks for your help!
