Only index page is shown without navigation

I have installed  the component and enabled all the plugins in my Joomla 2.5 installation.

The first thing that was odd for me was the difference of the interface in the backend. In the manual there is a dropdown menu in the component-navigation.

I just see the sub-item in the component-navigation with no sub-items for mobilejoomla

I have created subdomains and it works all very nicely. But when I visit the mobile subdomains I only can see the index page (start page) of my website. 

There are about 8 articles and corresponding navigation items.

What could be the problem?

If someone wants to have a look:

Now I have another problem.

Before I could see the iPhone template when browsinf to http://iphone.webdesign-labor.de

Now I'm redirected to the "normal" website with the template for desktop computers.
