"Single Article" menu type has the word "Articles" at the top

I'm trying to get rid of the heading on a "Single Article" menu item.  My menu type is "Single Article".  At the top of every page that uses this menu type I get the word "Articles".  I need to get rid of this.  I don't want anything on the page except the articles that I'm pointing at.  I have disabled all the settings under "Article Settings" and "Link Type Options" with no success.




Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
