Plugin doesn't work

Ok so i've install the latest installation package on 2 sites and it doesn't work. I've follow the video tutorial on the site and even created the redirection sites but doesn't work.

Let me get this clear, once you install this application, we are able to view it on a android and it should work straight away without enabling anything right?
