I have read thru forum, etc and have not found any reference to using a template from JoomlaShack. I am running Joomla 1.7.3. The JoomlaShack template is called Schema. It is template specific since I can switch to the Beez template and it works fine so it is not the host or or host package I am using (it is HostMonster).
The problem is that the mobile template is never used when browsing using an iPad, iPhone, or Droid. I have also had this problem with using iphonetesting.com. The website displays but it is as if the MobileJoomla is not even installed. The next step was to use a standard Joomla template and MobileJoomla worked as it should.
Running PHP 5.2.17, MySQL 5.1, and Lynux.
Where should I start looking/debugging to figure out what part of this template is causing this issue?
