Problem creating new template

hi.. i am trying to create all new joomla template for my mobile along with the templates of MJ. But when i tried craeting new template folder and tempalteDetails.xml, i am getting an xml parser error in my template manager admin page. how to resolve this?

oops!! Got the solution : simple...!! there was an error in the xml file i had created :P
