"Fixed rescale ratio"

How does it work "Fixed rescale ratio" at "Remove or resize images."?
How much is this ratio?

Please teach me anyone?

Fixed rescale ratio means that all the images will be rescaled proportionally and have the same imagewidth to screenwidth ratio as on desktop site (taking into account that descrop screen width is set in corresponding MJ setting).
