PDA settings overidding main website

Somehow the pda settings in the component are overriding the desktop website, if I select a template and homepage on through the component under the Smartphone (XHTML) tab, it takes over the site and changes the main desktop site.

Here is my pda settings:
coppermoonwebdesign.com/smartphone.png

and the global:
coppermoonwebdesign.com/global_settings.png

What did I do wrong?

I got it. I had changed the domains to the main site domain. I had read that could be the problem but when I changed it back, nothing changed. I had to restart the vps and things worked ok.
