Consulting on creation of Mobile Site

I assume you meant "Clear" cookies. I did this, and have done so many times, with continuation of the problem. I have cleared everything: history, cache, cookies, and open pages.

This continues to be a problem after I have exhausted all possibilities known to me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
