Install problems because of upload_max_filesize

Hi,

I'm having difficulty installing MobileJoomla on my site. I have 1and1 as my host so all of my directories are restricted to a 2MB size. I cannot set the size using a php.ini with the upload_max_filesize updated because I'd need to put it into EVERY directory on mysite.

Do you have any advice on how to get around this?

You can try to install by "Install from Directory" method.

I tried that but it complained that it couldn't find the package to install from.

Are you sure that you enter correct path to package directory?
I used this method several times, and it works well.

I'm 99% sure I did it correctly because I've installed other large components using this method.

What Joomla! version do you use?
