Hi guys,

Please try the just published 0.9.1 and report here if it still gives errors.

Hi

I tried a few times installing the 0.9.1 and got a 500 internal error but when I checked, it has added everything so mine seems to be working ok

I was getting the line of question marks when I tried the "normal" install. So I tried the tmp directory method. Now I get this error:

JInstaller::install: File '/home/idline/public_html/tmp/mj091/terawurfl/tera_dump.sql.bz2' does not exist.

mj091 is the sub-folder containing the unpacked files. I also verified that the file is indeed missing.

What do I do now?

I had such high hopes for this mobile solution....professional and impressive sales site, compelling feature set ( and of course free) but upon installing the latest version 0.9.1 numerous times as a direct install and a tmp install, the piece continues to only partially install and returns the following Warning string when opening the Component:

BEGIN WARNING STRING

Warning: include(/home/mytiscom/public_html/promo/administrator/components/com_mobilejoomla/config.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mytiscom/public_html/promo/administrator/components/com_mobilejoomla/admin.mobilejoomla.php on line 53

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/mytiscom/public_html/promo/administrator/components/com_mobilejoomla/config.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mytiscom/public_html/promo/administrator/components/com_mobilejoomla/admin.mobilejoomla.php on line 53

END WARNING STRING

No solutions in this forum..or any support docs? It's a shame

Hi tio,

Sorry to hear you're having problems. Component is currently on Beta phase and we're working hard to make it stable for every setup. If possible, could you provide some details of your server? PHP and MySQL version and are you running shared, virtual or dedicated? Thanks.

Any ideas on how I can get my install to work? (see my post from March 4, up a few posts from this one)

Thanks!

php version: 5.2.9
Joomla! version: 1.5.7

Hi bevnap,

Could you check that the downloaded zip package contains this file? You could upload it to tmp dir by hand and try reinstalling. I wonder how this file got lost in the first place. How did you unpack the package?

If anyone has any additional info about this line of question marks I'd appreciate. We haven't been able to reproduce the error and thus find a fix.

I did upload the package to the tmp folder and unpack it from there. I just checked my local copy of the package, and the file is there. I don't know why it isn't in the tmp folder. I will try unpacking it again.

Thanks!

I managed to get the missing file in place. When I tried the install, I got the long string of question marks again.

Now what do I do?
