You could try to disable plugins of system group (#48-61) one-by-one and check mobile version of your site.

I found the problem, its de plugin: ScriptsDown

jbeeuwkes7, you could try to change the order of plugins in such a way that MobileJoomla runs after ScriptDown.

ScriptsDown developer here.

ScriptsDown should run after all other plugins that inject javascript. I've found the cause of double pages and released an update to resolve the issue.
