Download Mobile Joomla is wrong

I would like to download joomla mobile. But the download file is Mobile-Joomla.0.9.12.tar.gz. And the tar.gz is a wrong file. It must be a zip. file or? Ans the download size is only 1.673kb. Anybody know what the issue is?

Joomla understands the package even though it is not what you would expect it to be called.
