Error when signing on desktop

I installed the mobile onto my site. However when I sign into my site from desktop I get this error
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 18874368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 417932 bytes) in /hermes/web05/b878/moo.splitcybernality/libraries/phputf8/mbstring/case.php on line 30





I'm sure its something i'm doing. When I refresh the page I am signed in. Also when I'm on the mobile, none of the links work.

Increase memory_limit (in php.ini) from 18M to at least 32M.

Sorry, but I'm far from techie. Where will I go to do this?

Ask your hoster/admin to do it.
