I am currently running the new OS on my IPhone 4.0 and I am unable to render the page from the menu that is displayed. I am a newbie to this application and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Figured it out.
Go to Components - Mobile Joomla - Settings.
Click iPhone tab
Under 'Component on home page' make it 'Yes'.
Save.
Go to Components - Mobile Joomla - Settings.
Click iPhone tab
Under 'Component on home page' make it 'Yes'.
