Error downloading during installation

After component installation, I receive this errore:

Warnings:
Error downloading http://www.mobilejoomla.com/tera_dump_094.sql

Why it need to dowload a 20MB SQL?

I resolved download the SQL here: www.mobilejoomla.com/tera_dump_094.sql
Replacing jos_ with jos_, GZipping and uploading with PhpMyAdmin.

But.. it's really needed to use 20 MB of DB space, for device detection?
