Flat template file

Where do I find the flat template file for downloading? I have signed onto my account and looked throughout your website, but can not locate the link for downloading the file. My account shows I purchased the template (08-27-14) via your link that was sent to my listed email account and it shows I have 364 days left available, but no instructions for downloading the file.

When I click on this link, it asks me to buy it again..... I have already paid for the template and do not wish to re-buy it. Could you please assist me with this....Thank you.

I have attached a screenshot of my order of the template.

Check that you are logged when go to that page. "Download" button should be displayed for logged subscribers, and "Buy" for others.

I am logged in when I go to the template, but I still only see the "Buy" button.

I have attached two pdf screen shots showing "my account" showing amount of time left and another for the order for the template. Am I doing something wrong?
