Mobile Version | Standard Version links do not display

Why don't the Mobile Version | Standard Version links display on the bottom of the home page of our mobile site (westside-bible.org)? They do display on the other pages.

Problem solved. I discovered the Select Markup module for the mj_all_footer wasn't assigned to all pages.
